Do not send confidential case details, legal questions, court deadlines, or personal identification documents. San Joaquin Law is a public directory, not a law firm or legal intake service. Communications sent to directory maintenance are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
What to Include in a Factual Correction Request
To request a listing correction, please include only public factual information:
- Listing URL or Firm Name: The San Joaquin Law profile page you are referencing.
- What Changed: Office address, telephone number, website, practice areas, counties served, or attorney license status or firm membership.
- Official Public Source: The official State Bar of California licensee URL (
apps.calbar.ca.gov) or official law firm website page where the updated fact is published.
Submitting a Factual Correction
Send listing corrections or factual updates directly to the owner-designated corrections mailbox:
Once the monitored mailbox is active in production, our operational targets are:
- Ordinary listing updates: Acknowledge within 3 business days and publish verified updates or report remaining verification steps within that window.
- State Bar eligibility changes: Suppress any attorney record discovered to be Inactive or Not Eligible to Practice Law immediately upon verification.
- Court resource errors: Remove or flag affected operational court details promptly and publish a reviewed correction within 48 hours where possible.
