No Legal Intake or Case-Detail Collection

San Joaquin Law operates with no visitor legal-intake form, no live chat widget, no user account system, no session-replay script, and no third-party advertising pixels. You do not need to enter a name, email address, phone number, or description of your legal matter to browse directory pages, filter firms, or contact a law practice directly.

County and practice filters run locally in your browser using URL hash fragments (such as #city=stockton&practice=family-law) and are not transmitted to an application database.

Infrastructure & Referral Links

Our static hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages in production) processes standard HTTP connection metadata, including visitor IP addresses, user-agent headers, and requested page paths, to deliver static files, provide TLS encryption, and mitigate network abuse.

Outbound website links to our Featured firm (Law Office of Pardeep Bains, APC) include broad, non-identifying referral campaign parameters (utm_source=sanjoaquinlaw&utm_medium=directory&utm_campaign=referral) indicating which public directory placement referred the visit. Outbound links to ordinary practices lead directly to each firm's official website. Once you follow an external link or place a telephone call to a law firm or court, that organization's own privacy practices govern your interaction.

Directory Correction Correspondence

When submitting a factual listing update or correction (such as an updated office address, telephone number, or State Bar record), do not include confidential client information, case histories, court filings, or personal identification documents. Proposed retention for factual correction correspondence is 90 days after resolution unless required for an active dispute, while non-sensitive public field provenance is retained in our version-controlled repository history.
